Recruiting Diversity Historically, the construction industry has lacked diversity; however, the emergence of a global economy has changed the face of the workforce, the workplace, and the marketplace. Due to this demographic shift, the war for talent among top employers is extremely competitive; however, we are committed to hiring the best and the brightest talent of all backgrounds and abilities.
